Lisa Cavuoti is the Legal and HR Assistant at Rodney Employment Law. Lisa plays a versatile role by providing the team with support in both a legal and HR administrative capacity.
Lisa graduated from York University with a B.A. in Psychology and continued her studies at the University of Toronto where she obtained a Certificate in Criminology. Lisa recently furthered her education with a post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College where she graduated with Honours. Lisa is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is member of the Human Resources Professional Association.
Lisa has spent many years working in an administrative capacity for her family-owned business where she performed a wide range of duties such as coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. In addition to daily administrative duties, Lisa also gained experience drafting legal documents such as Franchise Agreements and Disclosure Documents. In her recent part-time administrative roles (at both Lemonberry Boutique and Re/Max Realtron TurnKey Realty Brokerage), Lisa played an integral role in building the companies’ social media presence and helped increase business by use of branding, coordination of special events/client appreciation events and overall unsurpassed client experiences and service.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys DIY crafts and home improvement projects, and spending time with her children and family. She also dedicates time to volunteer for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and fundraising efforts such as 100 Women Who Care.
